Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Olatunji Lawal Treasure ("we," "us," or "our") issues refunds for web development services, digital products, and related offerings. By engaging our services or purchasing our products, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Project Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before any project work begins. This deposit secures your project slot, covers initial planning and discovery work, and is not refundable once work has commenced.

Milestone Payments

For projects billed in milestones:

  Payments made for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.

• 02

  Payments made for upcoming or incomplete milestones may be refunded if the project is cancelled before work on that milestone begins.

• 03

  No refunds will be issued for work already delivered and accepted by the client.

Project Cancellations

If a client wishes to cancel an ongoing project:

  Cancellations made within 7 working days of project commencement may be eligible for a partial refund, minus the deposit and any work already completed.

• 02

  Cancellations made after 80% of the project has been completed are not eligible for a refund.

• 03

  A written cancellation request must be submitted via email/contact.

Revisions & Disputes

We offer rounds of revisions as outlined in your service agreement. If you are dissatisfied with the delivered work:

  You must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery, detailing the specific issues.

• 02

  We will make reasonable efforts to address valid concerns within the agreed scope of work at no additional cost.

• 03

  Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on subjective design preferences not specified in the original project brief.

Digital Products (Templates, Themes, Plugins)

Due to the nature of digital goods:

  You must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery, detailing the specific issues.

• 02

  We will make reasonable efforts to address valid concerns within the agreed scope of work at no additional cost.

• 03

  Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on subjective design preferences not specified in the original project brief.

Hosting & Maintenance Retainers

For ongoing hosting, maintenance, or support retainers:

• 01

  Refunds are not provided for the current billing cycle once services have been rendered.

• 02

  Clients may cancel future billing cycles at any time by providing [X days'] written notice.

• 03

  Unused portions of pre-paid annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion, minus an administrative fee.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

• 01

  Change of mind after work has commenced

• 02

  Delays caused by the client's failure to provide timely content, feedback, or access credentials

• 03

  Third-party costs already incurred (domain registration, hosting fees, premium plugins/licenses, stock assets)

• 04

  Dissatisfaction with third-party services integrated at the client's request (payment gateways, CRMs, APIs, SEO, etc.)

How to request a refund

  Your name and project/order reference number

  The reason for your refund request

• 03

  Any supporting documentation (if applicable)

Refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days, and approved refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
